Refund Policy

If the 30-Day Revenue Operator Pack isn't useful to you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked and no hoops.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@getrevenueoperator.com (or use the contact page and choose "Refund") within 14 days of your purchase, from or mentioning the email address you used at checkout. That's all we need.

How it's paid back

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. We process requests within 2 business days; your bank usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days after that.

Digital product

The pack is a digital download delivered immediately after payment, so there's nothing to send back. We just ask that you stop using and delete the files once you've been refunded.

Problems with your download

If a file is missing, broken or won't open, email us and we'll fix it or resend it. You don't need to ask for a refund to get working files.

30-Day Guided Build refunds

For the $297 Guided Build: full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and before your second weekly review has been sent. Email hello@getrevenueoperator.com. After your second weekly review has been sent, the Guided Build isn't refundable, because most of the service has been delivered. If we can't deliver a review within the promised time, tell us and we'll make it right, including a refund where that's fair. If you bought the pack separately before joining the Guided Build, ask and we'll refund that pack purchase.
