Excerpt 1: the Day-1 worksheet
From Part 0, PDF pages 6–7. This is the first thing the pack asks you to do.
Your Day-1 worksheet
Fill this in before you do anything else. Copy it into a doc or use ▸ 30-day-launch-tracker.csv.
- My revenue goal for 30 days: $______ (and the minimum outcome I would count as a win: ______)
- Hours per day I can actually commit: ______
- Money I can spend (total): $______
- Skills I already have that buyers might pay for: ______
- Communities I already understand (even as a lurker): ______
- Things I refuse to do (e.g., cold DMs, video, paid ads): ______
Operator tip: Write the minimum win as a learning outcome as well as a money outcome, for example "first 10 paying customers and one channel that reliably sends 50+ visitors a day." That is what you can build on in month two.
Excerpt 2: the first page of the 30-day plan
From Part 6, PDF page 30. Weeks 2 to 4 follow on pages 30 to 32, in the same format.
Part 6 — The 30-day operating calendar
Each day lists the one must-do (bold) and supporting tasks. If you only have an hour, do the must-do. ▸ 30-day-launch-tracker.csv has every task with a checkbox column.
Week 1 — Pick, prove, build
| Day | Must-do | Supporting tasks |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fill in the Day-1 worksheet and list 20 raw problems | Join 5–8 communities; start answering questions (no links) |
| 2 | Score your top 10 ideas in the offer scorecard; pick 2 finalists | Find 3 competitors with sales for each finalist |
| 3 | Collect 15 buyer quotes for each finalist; make the go/no-go call | Write your one-sentence positioning |
| 4 | Outline the product with the one-job canvas; write "How to use this" | Draft the lead magnet outline |
| 5 | Build the core tool / main asset | Keep answering 3–5 questions daily |
| 6 | Write the guide sections + worked examples | Start your checkout account and identity verification (it can take days) |
| 7 | Test as a stranger; fix; build preview images | Draft the sales page with the template |
Excerpt 3: a checklist
From Part 3, PDF page 18: the checkout setup checklist. You'll find it useful whichever checkout you pick.
3.2 Setup checklist
- ☐ Account created with a real, monitored email address
- ☐ Identity verification and payout method submitted (do this first because it takes the longest)
- ☐ Product created: name, price, description, preview images, files uploaded
- ☐ Test purchase completed (use a 100% discount code or test mode) and the download works
- ☐ Receipt email customized: thank-you, "start here" instructions, support email
- ☐ Refund policy written and shown at checkout
- ☐ Launch discount code created with a real end date
- ☐ Checkout link added to your sales page and tested on mobile
And the "Trust" section of the quality checklist you run before you sell (Part 2, PDF page 15):
Trust
- ☐ Claims are specific and true; no income promises
- ☐ Clear support contact and refund policy
- ☐ Your name or brand is on the product, with a version number and date
- ☐ You've checked that every fact, number, rule and link is current
Excerpt 4: the 30-day launch tracker
The first 3 of 30 rows of 30-day-launch-tracker.csv (one row per day). It imports into Google Sheets or opens in Excel.
| Day | Week | Must-do | Supporting task | Status (todo / doing / done) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1 | Fill in the Day-1 worksheet and list 20 raw problems | Join 5–8 communities; answer questions (no links) | todo |
| 2 | 1 | Score top 10 ideas in offer-scorecard; pick 2 finalists | Find 3 competitors with sales per finalist | todo |
| 3 | 1 | Collect 15 buyer quotes per finalist; go/no-go call | Write one-sentence positioning | todo |

Is it for you?
It's a system you work through yourself: a daily checklist, trackers and fill-in templates for picking, building, pricing and launching a first small digital product. It is not a done-for-you business and it doesn't promise income; results depend on your product and your effort. If the pages above look like the kind of help you want, the rest of the pack is more of the same.
Get the pack: $17Founding price for the first 20 buyers, until Nov 1 (then $27) · 14-day no-questions refundOne-time payment. Pay by card, Link, Cash App Pay or Amazon Pay in the US; outside the US, Stripe shows the price in your currency with local payment options. 14-day no-questions refund: email hello@getrevenueoperator.com. See the refund policy.
Not sure anyone will pay for your idea? Test it before you build it.
Most first products stall because they get built before anyone checks that buyers exist. The free starter guide gives you the checks to run first:
- The 6-question "is it payable?" test to score your idea in 10 minutes
- Five example products with a specific buyer and a reason they'd pay
- A one-page launch checklist you can print
You're in. Your guide is ready.
