How the three emails work

1. Announcement (launch day)

Says what it is, who it's for, why you made it, what's inside, the price and how delivery works, with one link. The bracketed "why I made it" line matters most: use the problem in your buyers' own words.

2. Reminder (a few days later)

Many subscribers miss the first email, and the ones who opened it often had a question. The reminder answers the usual ones (who it's for and not for, the format, the refund policy) and shows one real page so people can judge for themselves.

3. Last call

If your launch price really ends on a date, the last call says so on the morning of the last day. If it doesn't, the generator writes a short "last email about this" note instead. Either way it ends with a no-pressure line and returns to your usual emails.

Tips before you send

Planning the whole launch? The launch checklist generator makes a dated day-by-day plan; the headline generator helps with the page the emails link to; and the price calculator shows what you keep. For the full path, read how to sell digital downloads. No list yet? Start with lead magnet ideas.

FAQ

How many emails should a digital product launch have?

Three is a sensible minimum for a small launch: an announcement on launch day, a reminder that answers common questions, and a last call. Fewer and many subscribers won't see it; many more and a small list starts to unsubscribe. Adjust to how often you normally email.

Should I add a deadline to my launch?

Only if it's real. A launch price that genuinely ends on a date gives people a reason to decide, and the last-call email can say so. If there's no real deadline, leave the end date blank and the generator writes an honest "last email about this" note instead of fake urgency.

Will these emails get me sales?

No template can promise that. Sales depend on whether the product solves a real problem for the people on your list, the price, and how many of them see the email. The templates give you a clear, honest structure so the words aren't what holds you back.

What should I replace in the brackets?

Everything in [square brackets] is yours to fill in: the problem in your buyers' words, what's inside, the file format, your refund policy and a real page or screenshot. Those specifics are what make an email believable.

Is anything I type saved?

No. The emails are generated by JavaScript in your browser and nothing is sent to us unless you choose to sign up for the free guide below.

Not sure anyone will pay for your idea? Test it before you build it.

Most first products stall because they get built before anyone checks that buyers exist. The free starter guide gives you the checks to run first:

  • The 6-question "is it payable?" test to score your idea in 10 minutes
  • Five example products with a specific buyer and a reason they'd pay
  • A one-page launch checklist you can print

You're in. Your guide is ready.
